Over the weekend, people across Australia rallied to end violence against women. Now it's Darwin's turn

Let's advocate for change and address the pressing issues of violence that disproportionately impacts women, Indigenous communities, people with disabilities and LGBTQIA+ people.

This year in Australia, we're witnessing devastating rates of gender-based violence. It's reported that 31 women have been killed in 2024 alone - that's one woman every four days. Our voices must be heard, especially considering the alarming statistics of the Northern Territory where domestic and violence rates are three times the national average.
