We understand that the lockdown can result in increased risk of violence in the home, which can be both physical and non-physical. You can leave your home to escape violence at any time during lockdown AND YOU DO NOT NEED PERMISSION to leave. CatholicCare NT can provide support for those experiencing or at risk of experiencing violence or those using violence against their partner or family members including children. We can provide online counselling, homelessness support/referrals and emergency financial relief.
