3 x 3 Basketball at Garanmanuk, Lyons

NO MORE has again partnered with international basketball player Deola D'Brown, this time to officially open the Darwin City Council basketball court upgrades. After a media event at the Nighcliff court at 2pm, a 3 x 3 Basketball event will be held at the Lyons Court from 5-8pm. 

The events will  

• Demonstrate Council's commitment to make recreational facilities available for children and teenagers and to encourage parents to join in the fun of participating in activities with their children.
• Make a strong statement about stopping violence including all forms of family violence.
• Send a message that events that are free can be a strong motivator for community action to have more community events.
